STEP 1: COMPLETE VISIBILITY ASSESSMENT​

We map where you are at and decide your specific path. Different executives need different sequences of work, naturally.

STEP 2: SCHEDULE CALL WITH US​

The entire process starts with a call where we can get together to determine what you need. The decision-making process normally takes two (2) weeks.

STEP 3: STRATEGY SESSION & ONBOARDING​

Each week is laid out for you and all you have to do is follow along. There are no reasons not to succeed when it is laid out step-by-step. We have removed the decision-making fatigue.

STEP 5: STEERING & REFINEMENT SESSIONS

Except in a very rare case, most probably no! Most of our clients keep their cards close to their chest, using the methods we use to work under the radar. Then exit and announce their new ventures.

Our rare case: our client was a manager in the family business, and got funded with the "parent" company. It was good from a tax position for the parent company. It was great to receive family love to fund the new firm.
